Prayer Motion, developed by a Catholic Medical Physician is a tool to help quiet the inner noise and be more in tune with the movement of the Holy Spirit. This prayer program reinforces the ideas, messages and teachings of Jesus Christ through movement, music, sign gesture and prayer. It is not an exercise or a new age program, but rather is a prayer practice grounded in our Catholic Christian Identity. It is intended for people of all ages! The instructional videos and music are organized into several categories for example “Tutorial Videos’, Core Introductory Videos, ‘Praise and Worship Songs’, ‘Familiar Prayers’, ‘Psalms’, ‘Prayer Affirmations’, ‘Voice Meditations’, ‘Marian Prayer’, and much more. All of the videos have a Catechesis companion document that you can download for further scripture references and reflections. Finally, Dr. Anne Borik, founder of Prayer Motion is involved in the continued production of material including a special section called ‘Uniting health and holiness’ focusing on various health topics from a team of Catholic health providers.
